These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Othmane Zaidy ("Developer"), governing your use of the Glow Up Mirror mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Glow Up Mirror is a personal beauty and skincare companion app that uses AI-powered analysis to provide skin scoring, beauty tracking, skincare routine management, and related wellness features.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Glow Up Mirror offers optional premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed via your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Glow Up Mirror.
Both plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
The AI-powered skin and beauty analysis provided by Glow Up Mirror is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional health advice. Scores, recommendations, and analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence (Groq AI using the Meta Llama model) and may not be fully accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your selfie photos and user-provided data solely for the purpose of delivering the App's features and services. You retain all ownership rights to your photos and personal data.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Othmane Zaidy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Upon deletion, all your data including selfie photos, scores, analysis results, and profile information will be permanently removed from our servers. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at 3ouutmane@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This App is also licensed to you under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
